Jasmine Takanikos is the founder and CEO of Jasmine Takanikos Consulting Group, a firm providing integrated marketing, branding & business development strategies to consumer lifestyle companies throughout the world. 

Founded in 2007, Takanikos has worked with established brands and small businesses in areas including integrated marketing, strategic planning, business development, creative direction, media planning and buying, and digital strategy. 

Accompanying her work across various sectors, Takanikos previously served as the Consultative Director of Branding and Marketing for the New York-based brokerage, CORE Real Estate. Through this role, she strategically identified and created personal business development plans for several of the firm’s top-producing agents. Takanikos’ highly effective approach resulted in agents increasing their business revenue, client pools and industry presence drastically.

In addition to her individual consultative services for the firm, Takanikos created strategic partnerships for CORE to align with the firm’s focus on technology and innovation, developed and launched the first use of agent video narratives within the New York City real estate community, and directed the firm’s digital strategy, which in turn influenced the industry’s perception of social media’s role in the marketing of luxury properties and services.

The success of her engagement and methodology with CORE afforded Takanikos to create Higher Real Estate, a bespoke branding and integrated marketing service specifically catering to luxury real estate agents and brokerages. Her client roster includes agents at leading firms such as Warburg, CORE, Douglas Elliman, Halstead, & JGR Property Group, among others. 

Takanikos is also the creator of the global workshop and lecture series, Brand Human, centering around the importance of building lasting relationships with one’s core constituencies via social media. Through interactive analysis of social media, Takanikos aids in creating and cultivating online brand identities that synergistically align with clients’ offline objectives. This approach, which is integrated into many of Takanikos’ strategic campaigns, has become a sought-after tool and as a result, a Brand Human series has been created in partnership with Soho House New York.
